Confidexa and Your Privacy.

Confidexa values your privacy. In this privacy policy, we aim to inform you about our processing activities regarding personal data you provide to Confidexa as a data subject. Personal Data Processed by Confidexa from Website Visitors.

We provide contact forms through our websites. By filling out and submitting a digital form, you give us permission to respond to your request for information via email, mail, or phone call. It is possible that these messages are kept in our mailbox. Your data is included in our CRM system when an actual price quote is requested. This allows you to receive email messages of informative and/or commercial nature. Also, when you become a customer of Confidexa, your email address may be added to this list because the emails may be relevant in the context of your previous purchase. Confidexa will strive to work with processors within Europe as much as possible. We mainly handle our IT services, cloud services, and web hosting internally and collaborate with ISO-certified data centers in the Benelux for housing our infrastructure. If Confidexa transfers your personal data to third parties outside the European Economic Area, Confidexa will ensure that these processors can present appropriate technical and organizational measures.
